This is the essential information you need to know in order to correctly use the Delapland tailor-made trip configuration form in Lapland, Ruka/Kuussamo.

We always recommend a minimum of 5 days of travel, taking into account that the first and last day are reserved for flights. If more than 4 activities are selected, additional days must be added. Activities lasting 4-5 hours are considered full-day activities, while two activities lasting 2 hours each can be combined in one day. Therefore, on a 5-day trip, you can enjoy 3 full days of activities.

The package includes the selected accommodation, with the most popular option being the authentic log cabin with sauna. In addition, thermal suits, boots and gloves are provided for the entire stay, as well as all necessary transport from the airport.

It is ideal to arrive at Kuusamo Airport (KAO) and if you want to visit Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi we have a 1-day tour to visit it. If you are unable to land in Kuusamo (KAO) due to a lack of flights, you can also land in Rovaniemi (RVN). In this case, you can use the day of arrival to visit Santa Claus for his visit in Rovaniemi, sleep in a hotel you book nearby, and be picked up by taxi the next morning.

The private visit to Santa Claus in Ruka is only recommended for very large groups with children. It is important to note that snowmobile activities require a minimum level of physical fitness, especially for the driver.
